Children 4 – 6 years old will be charged 50% of the adult price.
Children 7 – 8 years old will be charged 75% of the adult price.
Children 9 years and over are considered as adults.
Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 24 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise in order to be arranged pick-up service.
Please be informed that an advance registration is required with full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, Visa, Mobil number for all Passengers and send back to the property at least before 48 hours to avoid missing cruise registration due to late information. It is the regulation for cruises to register guests’ information with Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits at least 48 hours in advance of cruise boarding date. Otherwise the guest may not be allowed to be onboard.
If you have any dietary requirements, please inform the cruise prior to departure.
The room rate does not include transfer bus. The transfer bus will pick up the guests from hotels located in Old Quarter Area, the guests will be picked up at the general pick up location at 56 cầu gỗ Street (near Hoan Kiem Lake, the second house in the alley).
The cruise will arrive at 12:00 PM at 6a Lê thánh Tông street-office address in Hòn gai harbor. Check-in/boarding time: 12:30 PM by tender boat (extra charge applies).
Check-out is 9:00 AM. The cruise will arrive at the Hon Gai Wharf at 12:00 PM. The estimated time for traveling from the Hon Gai Wharf to the Hai Phong Airport is over 1 hour by bus, and from the Hon Gai Wharf to the Noi Bai Airport is between 4 to 5 hours by bus.
