Guests must transfer to the property via required shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
The transfer fee (by cable car) is not included in the price. The cable car operates from 08:00 to 17:00. Guests are advised to arrive at Thac Toc Tien Station 5 at least 30 minutes in advance to reach the hotel. The hotel staff will meet guests at the station and help you buy tickets.
No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
