A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges, such as minibar consumption, room damages, or other additional expenses. If no extra charges or damages are incurred, the full deposit will be refunded to the original payment method after the room inspection at check-out.
Mandatory local taxes:
Short-Term Occupancy Tax:
One-Bedroom Room: USD 6.36 per room, per night.
Two-Bedroom Suite: USD 8.48 per room, per night.
General Excise Tax: 4.71%, credit card payment only.
All mandatory taxes may be paid by cash or credit card, except for the 4.71% General Excise Tax, which must be be paid by credit card.

Fees
The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: USD 40 per pet, per night
• Early check-in fee: USD 50 (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: USD 50 (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 15.0 per night
