Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.
For Executive Suite and Deluxe Quadruple Room, check-in is from 03:00 PM on weekdays and from 05:00 PM on weekends.
For Queen Suite with Spa Bath-Non Smoking, Luxury Suite and Double Room with Karaoke, check-in is from 06:00 PM on weekdays and from 08:00 PM on weekends.
Guests staying in motel rooms for two or more consecutive nights are required to check out at 12:00 PM and check in again in the afternoon. Guests who do not wish to check in again will be charged for staying in the same room.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
The extra bed is subject to availability.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, after onsite measurement guests’ whose forehead temperature is above 37.5 °C or ear temperature is above 38 °C might be rejected for accommodations as per the government's regulations.
