Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For bookings made from 26 May 2017 onwards, a compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rates of 31 December 2017. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra bed will be charged separately).
