Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
Front desk is open 24/7.
At check-in the refundable deposit is THB 1000.00 per room per night with a maximum of THB 5000.00 for bookings of 5 nights or more.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in or any additional guests staying overnight is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Hotel needs credit card details for incidentals.
From 3 August to 21 October 2025, two of the four main guest elevators in our primary building will be temporarily out of service for a full upgrade. During this period, guests will continue to have full access to all guest room floors via the following elevators:
-The guest elevator located at the corner of Buildings 2 and 3 (serving Floors 1–5)
-The glass elevator near Kee Kitchen (serving Floors 5 & 6, including Kee Sky Lounge)
-The service elevator (clean and guest-ready), which will be made available for guest use (serving Floors 1–6)
Light construction noise may occur until 1 October, between 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
