Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
Renovation works commenced on April 1, 2025, with an initial target completion date of December 19, 2025. Due to unforeseen developments affecting the construction schedule, the project timeline has been extended. The new expected completion date is April 30, 2026. Some noise may be noticeable during the stay. Fitness Center will be temporarily relocated near the Muay Thai Boxing Ring. Yoga and personal training sessions remain available. The pool adjacent to The Height restaurant remains closed. Pool and bar facilities at the Sun Lounge remain fully operational. The Height Restaurant is undergoing a full renovation. The culinary team continues to serve The Heights’ menu at alternative dining venues, including Moon, Star, and Sun.
