Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

This property is accessible only by boat. The property provides scheduled boat transfers from Jadet pier (Mainland) at 02:00 PM and 05:00 PM, and from Nadan Pier (Koh Samet) at 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM. Guests should be at the pier at least 40 minutes prior to departure. Guests who require different departure times may book private speed boat transfers (surcharge).

Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
