Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of THB 1,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
All guestrooms at this property are non-smoking. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
Maximum children allowed per room is 1.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please refrain from any other acts that could cause a fire in your room or anywhere in the hotel. Smoking in a non-smoking guestroom will result in charges to the occupying guest for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of THB 1,000 upon check-in.
