Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification with photo (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Joiners or visitors are not allowed in the residential area except for the lobby. Otherwise, charges will be applied. Please contact the property for more information.
The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation.
The property does not accommodate events such as weddings, conferences, or meetings.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of THB 500 or USD 20 upon check-in.
The property strictly enforces a no-party or no excessive noise policy after 10:30 PM.
When booking for 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
