Upcoming renovation works taking place on Floors 4 and 5, as well as in the lobby ceiling area. The renovation scope will begin with the demolition of selected guest rooms on Floors 4 and 5 and the lobby ceiling. This phase will be followed by the renewal of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in these areas, and subsequently, interior design works. Renovation activities will be conducted daily from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
To minimize disruption, partitions will be installed between the closed renovation zones and the operating areas to protect against dust and debris and to reduce visual disturbance. The loudest noise is expected primarily during the demolition phase. No heavy machinery will be used during the renovations. Vehicles will be utilized solely for the removal of demolition materials from the premises. In-house guests will be accommodated in separate wings to further minimize impact; however, during this period, the limited number of elevators will be shared for access to the remaining operational rooms.
Guest rooms, the restaurant, and the pool area will remain operational. Zeppelin All Day Dining will be temporarily closed; however, all meals will be served at The Corner Restaurant.
