The tax is charged to guests over 15 years of age.
All guests, including minors, will be asked to present a valid national identification document with a photograph. Accepted documents include: citizen card, identity card, passport or residence permit.
Minors under the age of 18 unaccompanied by adults are not permitted to check-in.
The hotel will request guests to authorise a credit card for payment and coverage of extra accommodation costs, in the minimum amount of EUR 100.00 per room. The refusal to accept any of these conditions entitles the hotel to refuse check-in, applying the current cancellation conditions.

Low floor: Standard Rooms - from 1st to 3rd // Junior Suites - from 2nd to 3rd;
Mid Floor: Standard Rooms - from 4th to 7th // Junior Suite - from 4th to 7th;
High Floor: Standard Rooms: from 8th to 11th // Junior Suites - from 8th to 10th;
Towels for pool: Towels for use at the swimming pool are available upon payment of a minimum deposit of EUR 25.00 per towel, which will be refunded upon check-out or when the towels are returned.
Pets are not allowed.
