Front desk is open 24/7.
City tax will be applied to guests aged 13 or over.
A credit card will be requested at the check in as security caution. There will be no charges unless damages are made on the accommodation or any bills are not paid and the guest leaves without paying.
Unit reserves the right to charge extra EUR 100.00 per person, in case the maximum capacity of apartment is exceeded, or not allow occupation at all.
All villas are attached villas.
Meals are taken at Prainha Clube Restaurant.
Cleaning and change of towels happens twice a week. Change of linen once a week except Sundays and Holidays.
3-bedroom sea view villa: daily housekeeping from 09:00 until 12:00, free of charge.
Gym is open Monday to Saturday and is available for free use or with supervised and/or personalized training by a personal trainer with an additional cost, direct payment.
The facilities of Health Club, Hydrotherapy, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and Thalassotherapy are closed.
Baby cot is available upon request with direct payment.
Pets are only allowed on villas for a EUR 15.00 per night extra charge. Maximum 30 kgs and maximum 2 pets per villa.
