Babies from 0 to 3 years old stay free of charge; cots are available on request. Children from 3 to 11 years old can stay at an additional cost and on request, as Double/Twin Side Sea View and Double/Twin Sea View rooms do not allow extra beds. From 12 years old, children and teenagers are considered adults. These conditions apply only when the child shares a room with 2 adults.
The hotel does not have rooms for 3 adults. Maximum occupancy is always 2 adults per room. Double/Twin Family 2 + 1 rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old, while Family Suites 2 + 2 can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.
Please note that reservations with more than 7 rooms, or separate reservations totaling more than 7 rooms with the same check-in and check-out dates, may be considered a group booking by Grupo Hotéis Cristal, and different conditions or additional supplements may apply.
Half Board includes accommodation, breakfast, and the chef’s suggested dinner. Drinks are not included but can be added at an extra cost.
All Inclusive is available only in summer and includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, snacks from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM, dinner, and an open bar with drinks available during the hours informed at the hotel.
The All Inclusive package starts with a snack on the check-in day and ends with lunch on the check-out day. These conditions cannot be changed.
