The Wellness Center has an entrance cost and includes:

Adults-only hours: from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 05:30 PM to 07:00 PM;
Hours for families and adults: 10:30 AM to 05:30 PM;
The space has limited capacity and does not allow reservations.
Maximum capacity is 30 users simultaneously, a maximum 15 children at a time during family hours. Conditions: payment between March and October, and is included in stays between November and February. Tickets lasting 3 hours per access. Cost per person:
1 entry: EUR 15.00 per adult and EUR 7.50 per child;
3 entries: EUR 35.00 per adult and EUR 20.00 per child;
7 entries: EUR 60.00 per adult, EUR 35.00 per child;
Unlimited entries: EUR 100.00 per adult per stay and EUR 50.00 per child per stay with multiple entries every day
Notes:
Clients, with booked treatments have access to the Wellness space for 3 hours.
Children ages 4-16 are only allowed when accompanied by adults.
This hotel has adopted a pet-friendly policy and accepts not only dogs and cats but also other pets with small pets weighing up to 10 kg, upon prior information, approval, and payment of a supplement. Beds, bowls, and a special surprise will be provided.

According to Portuguese law, the minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 18 years old. Only guests aged 18 and over can check in and stay unaccompanied.
Dining Options and Bars:
Breakfast: The buffet restaurant serves breakfast from 07:00 AM — 11:00 AM.
Lunch: The buffet restaurant offers lunch from 12:30 PM — 02:30 PM. This includes house wine, draft beer, juices, water, coffee, and tea.
Snacks: Snacks are served at the pool bar from 12:30 PM — 05:30 PM. The selection includes coffee, tea, juices, draft beer, sandwiches, fruit, pastry cakes, and ice cream.
Dinner: The buffet restaurant offers dinner from 07:00 PM — 10:30 PM. This includes house wine, draft beer, juices, water, coffee, and tea.
The Garden Buffet Restaurant: This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.
A Tascaria: Open from 06:00 PM — 12:00 AM, this restaurant serves dinner and requires pre-booking. Meals at A Tascaria are not included in the standard packages.
Tiny Leaf Lobby Bar: The bar operates from 10:30 AM — 11:00 PM.
Pool Side Bar: This bar is open seasonally from 10:30 AM — 06:00 PM.
