Up to 9 rooms in the same booking or booked by the same client for the same dates is accepted via Channel Manager and will be treated as individual reservations. More than 9 rooms via channel will only be accepted if booked with Non Refundable rates; with other rates the facility will ask the guests to cancel and if another proposal is required, guests are asked to contact the facility's Booking Department. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
City tax applies to guests aged 13 and above.
The property reserves the right to decline group bookings of more than 8 people and does not accommodate stag or hen parties.
Existing sofa beds are provided for a third adult or children.
Access to the indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and maintenance room is available at an additional cost, payable on site.
Check-in and check-out times:
Hotel rooms – Check-in from 04:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM.
Apartments – Check-in from 04:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM.
