Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 20:00.
Check-In is from 14:00 to 19:00. If the customer has to arrive later, it is possible as long as they inform the hotel of the arrival time.
The Health Club remains closed.
The city tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
The rooms are exclusively for family vacations and quiet relaxation.
Bachelor/bachelorette parties, noisy celebrations, or any events that may disrupt the peace and quiet of the resort are prohibited.
All group reservations require an official request and written approval from the management before confirmation. Standard contractual rates and conditions do not apply to groups. A «group» is defined as any reservation comprising 3 or more apartments and/or 10 guests.
The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to groups that have not been pre-authorized, even if the reservation was made individually or through different platforms. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
To ensure the security of your rooms, the following mandatory conditions apply upon check-in:
Standard security deposit: A valid credit card must be presented for a pre-authorization of EUR 100.00 per person.
For guests under 25, the security deposit is EUR 200.00 per person. In exceptional cases, if the management accepts a group, a mandatory deposit of EUR 200.00 per person will be required.
If a credit card cannot be provided, the mandatory deposit must be paid in cash.
The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out and inspection of the room. Refund processing may take up to 48 hours.
Guests are individually and jointly liable for any damages incurred during their stay.
