As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Please inform Hotel El Pueblito in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the hotel will contact the guest directly to arrange payment by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment fees are not included for bank transfer and PayPal. For bookings of 1 night, the full amount must be paid in advance. The deposit must be sent within 72 hours after reservation has been made There are no banks or cash machines on Holbox Island. Please ensure that you have enough cash for the duration of your stay. Please note that bicycle rental and transfers from Cancun Airport can be arranged at an extra cost. These services must be requested in advance, by emailing the contact email address found on the booking confirmation.
