As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

**Mandatory Fees and Taxes**
The resort fee includes: pool access, beach towels, fitness center access, business center/computer access, internet access, in-room safe, in-room coffee, in-room bottled water, concierge/valet service, self parking, parking, housekeeping.
We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
