You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking. The property offers a free tour around Shirakawago everyday. Please contact the property directly for more details. Please note that there is no bath/shower facilities on site. There is a public bath called Shirakawa-go no Yu located a minute's walk away. Staying guests will receive a free voucher for using the public bath. Guests are requested to inform the property of their mode of transportation to the property. If you are arriving at Shirakawago Bus Stop, free pickup service can be arranged at the tourist information centre near the bus stop. Please note that guests will be charged a heating service charge per night during the winter season, starting from 20 November until the end of March each year.
