Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. Hot spring baths are available from 15:00-00:00 and from 05:30-08:30. To use the hotel's free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, please go to Fuji Kawaguchiko Tourist Information Centre located next to the station and tell the staff the hotel name. The staff will call the hotel to arrange a bus for you. Please note that the bus is available only from 15:00-18:00. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking, as child rates are applicable. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box. Children 1 year old and younger can use existing beds for free. Different charges apply for children between 2 years and 5 years old. Children 6 years old and above are charged adult price. Only Japanese futon bedding is provided for extra bed requests. Guests are charged for extra beds, and are required to pay upon check-in.
