In case of arrival from 08:00 PM to 12:00 AM, colleagues from the bar will have the keys. After midnight a welcome card will be left on the wall of the reception with the instruction and the keys on the door. In case of late arrivals we suggest to contact us by email or WhatsApp a few days before. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
The fee of EUR 15.00 per person per day from 5 years old includes energy and water consumption, bed and bath linen, including intermediate change for stays of at least 7 nights, air conditioning, welcome kit: soap and shower gel, washing detergent and sponge, mini-club for 4-12 years old, parking, Wi-Fi. Kitchen linen is not available.
Final cleaning per stay for exceptional kitchenette, kitchen utensils and waste consumption: 60.00 EUR in studio 1/2, 70.00 EUR in hotel with 1 suitable 3/4, 80.00 EUR in apartments with 1 suitable 5/ 6, 120.00 EUR in 2 bedroom apartments 6/6. Kitchenette, dishes and garbage collection to be cleaned by customers, if necessary, an additional fee of 40.00 EUR is required. Cleaning and change of linen at the hotel is included in the price if guests stay for 14 days or more, then the change will be made on the seventh day.
