In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Minimum check-in age — 18.
The reception is opened from 08:00 AM till 03:00 PM and from 04:00 PM till 09:00 PM. In case of arrival after 09:00 PM, it is necessary to notify the hotel in advance and receive instructions for check-in. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.
Guests will be charged a City Tax of EUR 3.5 per adult per night and EUR 1.70 per child per night. City tax is charged to adults and children over 6 years old.
