In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

For arrivals outside reception hours, it is necessary to ring the bell at the main entrance and follow the instructions displayed on the door. A remote operator will respond and provide access.
An envelope labeled with the guest's name will be placed on the reception desk. It will contain the room key, access card for the main entrance, and general hotel information.
For departures prior to 07:30 AM, payment should be completed on the preceding morning.
If guests do not check-in until reception working time is over then the interaction with the hotel will be remote. The guest will need to ring the doorbell and then at the reception the guest will need to find his envelope with the room key.
There is no city tax for children under 12 years of age.
All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
