In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

The Italian 231/2007 Legislative Decree and subsequent amendments forbids cash payments for values over EUR 1999.99 – this provision is intended exclusively for Italian citizens. The limit of cash payments in Italy for residents outside the Italian borders, both European and non-EU, was raised to EUR 14999.99.
Supplement for third person sharing room with 2 adults in the categories eligible for triple occupancy: 0-18 years old — free of charge.
Pets up to 15 kg are welcome with a supplement of EUR 50.00 per stay, upon hotel approval.
