A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
The front desk is open until 20:00.
Guests are required to contact the hotel in advance with check-in time in order to receive check-in instructions.
Additional fee:
— mandatory service fee for consumption of electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels changed weekly, EUR 6.50 per person per day, children up to 4 years old excluded (not yet completed and without linen);
— compulsory final cleaning EUR 57.00 in Studio and Bilo, EUR 65.00 in Trilo (excluding kitchenette otherwise additional charge of EUR 30.00);
— club card: mandatory to be paid on site, per day, for adults — EUR 6.00, children — EUR 4.00, children up to 4 years old excluded;
— beach: (for each apartment) one umbrella and two sunbeds, free from the 4th row onwards. The first 3 rows are subject to a supplement and give the right to a definitive assignment for the entire duration of the stay. To be requested when booking the apartment, subject to availability;
— optional: cot— 0-3 years, EUR 5.00 per day, to be reported when booking and to be paid on site, free if brought by customers;
— high chair: EUR 3.50 per day;
— extra change of bed and bathroom linen EUR 19.00 (optional);
— pets: small pets allowed, to be reported when booking: EUR 5.00 supplement per day (not on the beach);
Booking the beach, cot and all packages requires payment even if only partially used.
