Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sun 18 Sept 2022 until Thu 01 Jun 2023 Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sun 17 Sept 2023 until Sun 02 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it on site, at EUR 10 per person. You should bring your own towels, as they are not available at the property. The apartment should be left clean, otherwise a final cleaning fee applies. Please note that the swimming pools are open from the end of May until mid September. The beach service is available from mid May until mid September.
