To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note: - Guests are required to follow the hotel regulations set by Karma Resorts Guests are required to present a valid credit card for pre-authorisation or provide a cash deposit upon check-in as a security bond for each villa, based on the hotel's policy. The security bond can be used to pay for spa treatments, food and beverages at the di Mare Restaurants, Karma Beach Club and room service. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out when all accounts have been settled.
