In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. Anyone found smoking inside will be fined GBP 100 as an additional cleaning charge. Kindly note that guests are not permitted to use hair dye or fake tan in the rooms. Additionally, towels should not be used to remove make up. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. Please note that early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and by prior arrangement. For safe and security reasons candles, portable heaters, smoking indoors, overloading of sockets, or any faulty electrical item are prohibited. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.
