A security deposit of £250 per apartment will be taken on arrival, this can be paid by cash or card.
Identification in the form of a photo ID, driving license or a passport will be required at check-in.
Office opening hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 09:00 to 21:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00
Sunday: 11:00 to 17:00
For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Please contact the apartments in advance for further information. Please also note that bank holidays operate on Sunday hours.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. This also applies to bookings made on separate occasions by the same guest. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
