In case of check-in after 12:00 AM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Apartments are located near the main entrance in separate buildings: Brick Street Residences and Hertford Street Residences, with their own entrances.
For check-in, guests need to receive instructions and the access code for the apartments at the COMO Metropolitan London hotel reception.
Guest Credit card will be required for preauthorization.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to pay a deposit of GBP 100.00 per room, per night by card or GBP 200.00 per room, per night in cash.
Check-in for apartments starts at 04:00 PM, not 03:00 PM as for regular rooms.
