You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that bed linen are included. A change of bed linen is charged EUR 10 per person. Towels are included from December to April only. Towels can be rented at the reception out of this period (10€/person/change). Kitchen linen is not provided. Free WiFi is provided in the public areas and 1 free WiFi connection per unit is included. For any additional WiFi connection you can pay a supplement on site. An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. Preferential rates on ski passes and ski equipment are possible upon prior request, at least 5 days before the check-in date.
