Reception opening hours until 16/11/2014, from 20/12/2014 until 04/01/2015 and from 06/02/2015 until 10/05/2015:
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
Friday: 09:00 to 21:00.
Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00
Sunday: 08:00 to 19:00.
If you plan on arriving between 12:00 and 17:00, please notify the property in advance in order to arrange the collection of the keys.
A EUR 500 damage deposit will be charged for each apartment on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.
Please note that the spa and the indoor pool are available at additional costs, and only to people over the age of 16.
Until 16/11/2014 for stays of 7 nights or more, prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except the local tax), TV, beds made on arrival, 1 set of bathroom linen per person, 2 bathrobes, 2 dishcloths, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). From 20/12/2014 until 04/01/2015 and from 06/02/2015 until 10/05/2015: mid-week bathroom and household linen renewal is also included in the price as well as free entry to the cardio-training room.
Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week, cleaning kit. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested free of charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability.
After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and with a supplement.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
