The front desk is open Monday - Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Saturday - Saturday from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival

If guests plan to arrive after 06:00 PM they have to contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.
The activities must be booked in advance. Clients need to attend the activities front desk at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
The tourist tax is not included, this will be paid directly at Calanova Sports Residence upon arrival. Rates are subject to availability at the time of the reservation. Spanish VAT included.
A tax is imposed by the local government and will be collected at the property. The tax is reduced by 50% after the 8th night of stay and children under 16 years of age are exempt.
