Work has begun to replace carpet in the corridors from the 1st to the 4th floors. The work is scheduled from September 15, 2025 to April 18, 2026, with a break from November 30, 2025 to January 10, 2026. First, the work will take place on the 4th floor from September 15 to November 8, then on the 1st floor from November 9 to 29. After the break, the work will continue on the 3rd floor from January 11 to March 7, 2026 and will be completed on the 2nd floor from March 8 to April 18. During the work, the old carpet will be dismantled, adhesives will be removed, the surface will be prepared and new carpet will be laid. Each work area will be fenced off with protective screens. Dust formation within the work areas and moderate noise are possible during the first two days of work in each section. Emergency exits will remain accessible throughout the entire work period.
The hotel will undergo planned building works from April 6 to May 10, 2026, in the adults-only pool area located next to and above the main family pool. During this period, the adults-only pool in this area will be closed and fully screened off, with no guest access. The works include construction of a new pool basin, plumbing installation, and renovation of surrounding platforms and staircases. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Noise will be present mainly during the first two weeks. After that, construction methods will minimize noise. Some dust may be generated, but only within the work zone. Certain pool-view rooms may partially overlook the area, but all guest routes, fire escapes, hot water, and emergency access will remain unaffected. A second adults-only pool and sunbathing area on the FunAttic rooftop terrace will remain fully operational during the works. No financial compensation or GOGW will be offered.
