In line with or commitment with constant improvement, Hotel LIVVO Corralejo Beach will be refurbished in the following months, with construction works taking place in two main phases:
Phase one: Dates: May 1st, 2023 - July 15th, 2023.
1. Complete refurbishment of the hotel's air-conditioning installation, changing technology to improve energy efficiency.
2. Renovation of the hotel corridors, improving the lighting efficiency of the rooms' corridors.
3. Swimming pool heating through the inclusion of solar thermal panels. Access to the pool will remain possible at all times.
4. New cooling production equipment with recovery for pre-heating of domestic hot water.
5. Complete refurbishment of the restaurant's air-conditioning installation. The restaurant will remain closed during this window, which starts on May, 31st and ends on June, 8th. Clients with stays during these dates will be able to enjoy breakfast and dinner at a Restaurant next to the hotel.
Regarding noises, it will be the typical construction noise without being too loud.
Phase two: lift refurbishment for the benefit of customers with reduced mobility. Dates: May 22nd, 2023 - Jun 6th, 2023.
There will be considerable noise during this window.
