From 06/04/2026 to 15/07/2026, technical work to upgrade the climate control system will be carried out. New air conditioning systems are planned to be installed in the apartments. The work will take place during daytime hours and will be carried out in stages in separate blocks of the building, which will limit noise levels and the presence of technical staff in common areas. The reception team is informed about the work and is available to assist guests and answer any questions. After completion of the work, individual climate control systems will be available in all apartments.

Cleaning in the apartments and studio rooms is carried out 5 days a week.
The Christmas and New Year menu will be prepared by the La Luna restaurant. On New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will offer its regular menu.
