From December, 20 to February, 9 the reception closes at 04:00 PM every day.
If guests arrive outside the reception opening hours, the hotel will unlock the accommodation for guests. They will find your name and house number on the screen in the window by the reception. If guests have ordered linen and towels, they will find it in the house. The door to the house is open and the key is in the welcome envelope in the house.
