All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
Front desk is open 24/7.
The hotel does not have hot water, only cold water.
Mandatory Fees and Taxes

The national sales tax (16%) is charged upon check-out to citizens of Colombia regardless of length of stay and to foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more. Foreigners on a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.
