Zermatt is located in a car-free zone. Access by private car is only permitted as far as the village of Täsch. Information on available ways to get to the city can be found on the city's official website.

Please inform Panorama Ski Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Late check-in is only possible upon prior confirmation by the property. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A taxi service to and from the train station can be arranged at a surcharge on request. Guests staying more than 2 nights get a free taxi service. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per apartment and prices vary depending on the size. Dogs have to be confirmed by the property in advance. Please note that check-out is by 10:00 and check-in is from 16:00. During the Covid 19 crisis no breakfast buffet will be served.
