Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The common indoor pool (on request with charge CHF 35/person/week ) is in function from June until end of September and can be used by people/swimmers aged 12 years and over. Minors must be accompanied by adults. The indoor pool can be closed at any time due to the Corona pandemic due to official regulations. Electric current consumption (upon counter) with charge CHF 0.80 / KWH. With charge weekly cleaning of the apartment CHF 490 and changeover bedlinen/towels CHF 280. Managed by a private host
