Car parking: Car parking (additional charges apply) is limited and subject to availability upon arrival.
Internet: Please note that free internet is up to 1 GB per 24-hour period.
Bedding: All bedrooms (except in Studio Apartments) have a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds. Additional charges will apply if not requested at least 12-hours prior to arrival. You can use the special requests box when booking to advise the hotel although bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be only confirmed upon arrival.
Credit cards: Please note that there is a 2% credit card surcharge. EFTPOS does not incur these charges. A valid ID must match the credit card upon check in.
Bonds & payment: Payment is required at check in for the entire stay along with a bond to cover any incidental charges. The bond will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure and may take 5-10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:
- Studio/1 Bedroom: Credit card pre-authorization of AU$100 or cash deposit of AU$200.
- 2 Bedroom: Credit card pre-authorization of AU$200 or cash deposit of AU$400.
- Sub-Penthouse/Penthouse: Credit card charge of AU$1000 or cash deposit of AU$1500 (please note that Sub-Penthouse/Penthouse bond will be charged to your credit card in full).
New Years Eve: Additional terms and conditions as well as pre-payments apply for the night of 31 December. Please contact the hotel for further information.
