**Know Before You Go**
Check-in after the reception desk closes is not possible.
If guests arrive later there is a key safe on the street left next to the main entrance of the building. Guests will be supplied with a code for the safe with your reservation confirmation.
In the safe there will be an envelope with a welcome letter, keycard, name, floor number and room number. The key card opens all the doors. A manager on duty is always by phone available. The phone number is everywhere in the hotel and rooms published.
A resort fee is included in the total price displayed.
Single rooms have no sofas.

Airport shuttle fee: EUR 49.00 per vehicle (one way).
Self parking fee: EUR 28.00 per day (in/out privileges).
Pet fee: EUR 20.00 per pet, per day.
