Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 15 Apr 2023 until Sat 14 Oct 2023 A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. No guests of under 21 years of age will be accommodated without an adult. One parking space per apartment is provided. Units will be examined after check-out to corroborate that no damage has been done.
