Renovations to individual guest rooms, the pool, and conference facilities are ongoing, with the spa scheduled to join this phase on June 1, 2026. While these facilities will be temporarily unavailable during this period, the hotel remains fully operational, with restaurants, guest rooms, and guest services continuing to operate without interruption.
The service in the restaurants will be uninterrupted if the following options are available:
Breakfast is served a la carte in the Excelsior restaurant on the 2nd floor.
A buffet lunch is served from Monday to Friday at the Excelsior Restaurant, located on the 2nd floor. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, lunch will be served according to the menu.
An a la carte dinner is served at the Gallery or H Bar or in the room.
During this period, arrangements were made to provide guests with access to the pool at a nearby hotel, and a shuttle service was arranged for the guests staying.
The registration area is expanding. During this transition, guests will pass through the emergency entrance, located 20 meters from the main entrance.
If the guests arrive after 12:00 AM, they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
The city tax is AED 20.00 per night for the first bedroom, with an additional AED 20.00 per night for each extra bedroom.
For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
