The city tax is indicated for rooms with 1 bedroom. A 3-bedroom hotel apartment is charged at AED 60.00, a 2-bedroom hotel suite is charged at AED 40.00, and a junior suite with 1 bedroom and a living room is charged at AED 20.00.
Extra bed is not included. For the child extra bed is available for an extra payment.
The property reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as married couples if suitable ID proof is not presented at the time of check-in.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

Swiss Lounge provides access to the following services as part of the Executive Lounge package:
Breakfast daily from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Le Murooj All-Day Dining restaurant.
Afternoon tea from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM at Swiss Lounge (tea or coffee with snacks and pastries).
Evening cocktails from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM in the Swiss Lounge (snacks and drinks).
Free use of the meeting room for the first hour.
