Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
The amount of city tax for interconnecting category bookings is subject to change and depends on the number of rooms. The city tax for 2 rooms is and connecting rooms AED 40.00 per night, for 3 rooms - AED 60.00.
For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

Channels Restaurant (the main all-day dining restaurant) is temporarily closed until further notice.
A buffet breakfast is served daily at Pregos Italian Restaurant.

One drink per guest is served at a time.
Bringing outside food and drinks is prohibited.
Additional guests pay for orders according to the price list.
Alcohol consumption by guests under 21 is prohibited.
The complimentary shuttle service to malls and tourist attractions is temporarily unavailable. The service will resume until further notice.
