The tax amount depends on the number of rooms: AED 10.00 for 1 room, AED 20.00 for 2 rooms, and so on.
Two-room apartments are located in the Golden Sands building 10. The hotel has 3 buildings in total.
For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
There is an entrance fee to Al Khan Beach, Sharjah.
Tourists (with valid tourist visa):
Adults and children above 80 cm – AED 5.00.
Children below 80 cm and seniors 60+ – free (ID required).
Non-Tourists / Residents:
Adults and children above 80 cm – AED 10.00.
Children below 80 cm and seniors 60+ – free (ID required).
Important Notes for Guests:
A valid tourist visa copy must be presented at the beach entry.
Hotel keys, booking confirmations, or shuttle tickets are NOT accepted as proof.
Fees are charged per person, per entry, and do not include any facilities (towels, sunbeds, etc.).
