The East 14, West 13, and Tattu food and beverage outlets at Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG are closed until further notice. Alternative dining options are available throughout the hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at the NEST Club Lounge on the 16th floor. Nuage Poolside Bar & Restaurant, located on the 11th floor, is open daily from 11:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Risen Café, located on the 1st floor, operates daily from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM. In-room dining is available 24 hours a day.
