When booking a room with breakfast included, the rate covers breakfast for 2 adults staying in the same room. An additional charge applies for breakfast for extra guests.

The deposit is AED 400.00–500.00 per room for the entire stay. A 5% fee applies when paying by credit card.

The hotel offers Club Room accommodation, providing additional benefits. The room on a high floor includes access to the Club Lounge, enhanced internet connection, Smart TV, an espresso machine with two capsules per day, one personal training session of 45 minutes per stay or per week for long-term guests, and evening turndown service. Access to the business center is also included.
The Club Lounge is open from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Guests with access can use the hotel’s gym and swimming pool during the day. The lounge provides coffee, tea, soft drinks, pastries, soup, and sandwiches from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM and from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM, non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks, as well as free Wi-Fi, printing, and workstations.
Access is allowed only for registered guests according to the booking; external visitors are not permitted. Food and drinks must be consumed in the lounge; take-away is not allowed. Bringing food or drinks from outside is prohibited. Entry in bathrobes, swimsuits, or slippers is not allowed.
At check-in, all guests must present a valid debit or credit card. Card details are stored to cover any potential damage or liability related to the room or hotel property. This policy applies even if no additional expenses occur during the stay.
